Bonnie Seed Company's MEGA CABBAGE plants showed up here at ILS last week. Each year 3rd grade classes around the state and country participate in the growing contest.
A $1,000 scholoarship will be awarded to a winner in each state. This is through a random drawing. Each student is asked to provide me with a photo of themselves either holding or positioned near the mature cabbage head. Cabbage head weight should also be provided.
I will be contacting you next year in 4th grade to see if anyone has a cabbage photo they would like to submit! Happy Growing!
