Here are a few snapshots of our afternoon at the Colonial Days celebration. We had a lot of activities to do and had a lot of fun!

| The Ropemaker came out and brought this huge machine with him. The kids were able to chose colors of rope to be mixed in and we actually formed a rope we were able to play with! Chris is jumping rope with the rope that 3rd grade made! Pretty cool. |

| Making Candles |
The kettlecorn guy came out to teach the kids how to make the kettlecorn and try a free sample. This was very nice of him and his wife. Please support them if you are ever at the Lake St. Louis farmer's market on Saturday mornings!

| For our last activity we got to take our pictures wearing outfits from colonial times. We had a great time! |
